- Pharmacy Side Cancellation: If there is a cancellation of pharmacy side, you will be eligible for a full refund.

- Prohibitions: If the pharmacy is prohibited by applicable law, or become impractical or unfeasible for any technical, legal, or regulatory reason, then you will receive a refund as per terms mentioned above.
- Grievance redressal process: If you feel that you were inappropriately charged for a Pharmacy or product, or would like to speak to someone about a refund for a different reason, please submit an email support ticket to shreevardhmanhealthcare@gmail.com mentioning your ID and other relevant details.
